舒洛地特联合益肾化湿颗粒对早期老年糖尿病肾病氧化应激及内皮功能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Sulodide Combined with Yishen Huashi Granule on Oxidative Stress and Endothelial Function in Early Aged Diabetic Nephropathy

摘要 目的:研究舒洛地特联合益肾化湿颗粒对早期老年糖尿病肾病氧化应激及内皮功能的影响。方法:随机选择134例南阳市中心医院2014年9月至2017年9月期间收治的早期老年糖尿病肾病患者,根据随机数字表法将其分对照组(67例)、观察组(67例),对照组患者应用舒洛地特治疗,观察组患者应用舒洛地特联合益肾化湿颗粒治疗,分析两组临床指标、血脂水平、氧化应激及内皮功能、治疗总有效率。结果:临床指标、血脂水平、氧化应激及内皮功能对比显示观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率对比显示观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在早期老年糖尿病肾病患者临床治疗中,应用舒洛地特联合益肾化湿颗粒治疗,既可改善临床指标、血脂水平与氧化应激指标及内皮功能,又可提高治疗总有效率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。 Objective:To study the effect of sulodide combined with Yishen Huashi granule on oxidative stress and endothelial function of early aged diabetic nephropathy.Methods:134 cases of early aged diabetic nephropathy patients admitted from September 2014 to September 2017 in Nanyang Central Hospital were randomly selected and divided into control group(n=67)and observation group(n=67).The patients in the control group were treated with sulodide,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Shulodite combined with Yishen Huashi granule.The clinical indexes and blood lipid level of the two groups,and the effect on oxidative stress and endothelial function were analyzed.Results:Clinical indicators,blood lipid levels,oxidation response,and endothelial function showed that the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sulodide combined with Yishen Huashi granule can not only improve the clinical index,lipid level,oxidative stress index and endothelial function,but also improve the total effective rate of treatment.The clinical application value is higher,and it is worth popularizing.
