摘要
目的观察益肾化湿颗粒在治疗糖尿病肾病早期蛋白尿的临床效果。方法选取我科82例早期糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分成对照组和实验组,每组各有患者41人,给予对照组患者西医常规降血糖、降血压、控制血脂治疗,实验组患者在对照组患者的基础上给予益肾化湿颗粒。观察2组的疗效并分析2组患者治疗前后微量白蛋白尿(UAER)、血尿素氮(BUN)等肾功能指标。结果治疗组总有效率90.24%明显高于对照组60.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过8周治疗后,2组患者的UAER、BUN相比治疗前均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组患者UAER、BUN相比对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾化湿颗粒对糖尿病肾病早期蛋白尿有显著治疗效果,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Huashi granules in the treatment of early proteinuria of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Selecting 82 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients as the study object, all patients were randomly divid- ed into control group and experimental group, and each group bad 41 patients. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine hypoglycemic, blood pressure, lipid treatment and control. The experimental group was given Yishen Huashi granules based on the control group. The curative effect, urinary albumin （UAER） , blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and other indexes of renal func- tion of two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.24% which wa significantly higher than 60.10% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . After 8 weeks of treatment, UAER and BUN of two groups were decreased comparing before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） , the experimental group was decreased more than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Yishen Huashi granules in the treatment of early proteinuria of diabetic nephropathy has a significant effec, which is worthy of clinical application.
