摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的严重并发证，也是影响糖尿病预后最重要因素之一。目前临床上尚无满意的治疗方法。30例糖尿病肾病患者，用中西医结合方法治疗，根据疾病发展的不同阶段分为：肝肾阴虚、气阴两虚、脾肾气虚、脾肾阳虚或阴阳两虚五型，治疗应根据各阶段不同特点注重补气、温阳、泄利．并将活血贯穿疾病治疗始终。通过治疗前后比较显示中西结合疗法能有效控制病人血糖、降低尿蛋白、改善肾功能，提示中西结合是治疗糖尿病肾病的一条有效途径。
30 patients with diabetic renopathy were treated by TCM and WM. author treated these patiehts by diet regulation or hypoglycemic agent or insulin in WM, by invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation or warming yang and promoting blood circulation or expelling turbid pathogenic factor Ahd promoting blood circulation according to various stages of the disease in TCM. the results showed that TCM and WM therapy could control patient's blood sugar, lower urinary protein. improve renal function.
