摘要
目的分析探讨针灸对中老年脑出血患者脑水肿的影响。方法选取2012年9月—2016年12月期间长春中医药大学附属医院脑病康复科收治的178例中老年脑出血患者,根据其自主意愿分为观察组(n=89)和对照组(n=89)。两组患者均给予常规基础治疗,观察组患者在此基础上另给予针灸治疗。分析比较两组患者治疗前后的S100B、NPγ水平,临床疗效和治疗个时间点的脑水肿体积。结果治疗后,两组患者的S100B、NPγ均明显降低,观察组患者的S100B、NPγ水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗显效率和治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(62.92%vs 42.70%,87.64%vs 75.28%,P<0.05)。另外治疗期间,第7天,两组患者的脑血肿体积均有一定增加,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);脑水肿体积则明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。至治疗第28天,两组患者的脑血肿体积及脑水肿体积均明显缩小,观察组患者的脑血肿体积及脑水肿体积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸能促进中老年脑出血患者脑水肿体积缩小,有利于利于提高患者临床治疗效果。
Objective To analyze and study the effect of acupuncture on the encephaledema of middle-aged and senile patients with encephalorrhagia.Methods 178 cases of middle-aged and senile patients with encephalorrhagia admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2012 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 89 cases in each according to the voluntary principle,both groups used the routine basic therapy,while the observation group used the acupuncture on the basis of the control group,and the levls of S100B and NP gamma before and afler treatment,the clinical curative effect and volume of encephaledema at various time points of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of S100B and NP gamma in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of S100B and NP gamma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment markedly effective rate and treatment effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statically significant(62.92%vs 42.70%,87.64%vs 75.28%,P<0.05),during the treatment,the volume of encephaledema of the two groups had a certain increase,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the volume of encephaledema was obviously shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the volumes of encephaledema and encephalorrhagia of the two groups by the treatment of 28 d were obviously shortened,and the volumes in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture can promote the decrease of encephaledema of middle-aged and senile patients with encephalorrhagia,which is conducive to improving the clinical treatment effect of patients.
