摘要
目的研究点穴按摩联合针灸对高血压脑出血术后康复效果的影响。方法整理并分析2017年1月—2018年1月间至该院接受治疗的高血压脑出血患者的临床数据,在获得患者同意的情况下选择66例患者进行研究,采用数字随机法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组均纳入33例患者。术后对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理的同时实施点穴按摩和针灸进行护理。根据两组患者护理前后的神经功能及日常生活能力进行比较。结果该次研究成果显示,通过护理两组患者的MESSS评分均得到改善,但实验组的评分更低。对比两组患者的BI指数,实验组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压脑出血患者,在术后给予点穴按摩和针灸进行护理,有助于调节患者的身体内部,对其神经缺损进行改善,同时提高其日常生活的能力,具有良好的推广价值。
Objective To study the effect of acupoint massage combined with acupuncture on postoperative rehabilitation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from January 2017 to January 2018 were collected and analyzed.66 patients were selected for the study with the consent of the patients.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group was divided into 33 patients.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group received acupuncture and acupoint massage at the same time.According to the comparison of neurologic function and activity of daily living before and after nursing,two groups of patients were compared.Results The results of this study showed that the MESSS scores of the two groups were improved,but the scores of the experimental group were lower.Compared with the two groups,the BI index in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,acupuncture and moxibustion nursing after operation is helpful to regulate the internal body of the patients,improve their nerve defects,and improve their ability of daily life at the same time.It has good promotion value.
