摘要
缺血性脑水肿是缺血性脑卒中后脑组织损伤的重要因素,目前治疗以甘露醇等脱水降压或手术减压为主,未能在分子水平上解决问题,且中西医结合治疗尚未得到广泛认可。本研究综述了缺血性脑水肿的病理机制及针刺对其的影响,为临床中西医结合治疗缺血性脑水肿提供参考依据。
Ischemic cerebral edema is an important factor in brain damage after ischemic stroke. Current treatment for cerebral edema is limited to osmotic agents such as mannitol and surgical decompression,but these do not address the problem at a molecular level. Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment has not been widely recognized. This paper has reviewed the pathological mechanism of ischemic brain edema,and the intervention mechanism of acupuncture,and to provide evidence for the combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine for ischemic brain edema in clinic.
