摘要
随着我国人口老龄化程度的加深,阿尔兹海默病发病率不断增加,但目前尚无特效办法根治本病。著名针灸学家李志刚长期工作在临床和教学一线,根据多年经验提出了"通督启神"法,并将其运用到阿尔兹海默症的治疗中。首先通过古籍文献和现代临床研究,简要总结阿尔兹海默病的中西医治疗方法以及督脉-脑-神之间的生理病理关系。然后,重点对"通督启神"法的理论思路、取穴理论和临床依据、具体操作、临证加减、验案分析等进行了系统地阐述。本法理论创新、取穴精简,疗效突出,方便操作,具有较高的临床实用性。
The incidence of the Alzheimer’s disease has seen a continual increase in past years with the greying population in China,but currently there are no effective therapeutic methods to cure the disease.Prof.Zhigang Li,as a famous acupuncturist in China,has been working in the frontline of clinical practice and teaching for decades.According to his enormous clinical experience and deep thoughts,he proposed the’Tongdu Qishen’acupuncture therapy and applied it to the treatment of the Alzheimer’s disease.This paper first elaborates on the traditional and western medical treatment for the Alzheimer’s disease and the physiological and pathological relationship among’Du meridian-braingod’based on the summary of related ancient Chinese medical books and modern clinical studies.Then,the underlying theory,acupoint selection principle and its clinical basis,specific operation procedure,cased-based treatment adjustment,and clinical case analysis for the Tongdu Qishen’acupuncture therapy are expounded.This method has the advantages of theoretical innovation,simplified acupoint selection,prominent effect,easy operation and high clinical value.
