摘要
目的研究颈部推拿手法对大学生近视治疗的临床意义。方法招募长春中医药大学在校近视的大学生志愿者23名进行临床试验。男4例,女19例;年龄为18~24岁,平均21.52岁。统计并记录治疗前和治疗后视力变化。结果 46只眼睛,经10次治疗后,近视的视力由(0.173±0.118)提高到(0.312±0.153),治疗前与治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈部推拿手法配合转头眼部感觉训练对治疗近视有明显效果,有利于大学生近视的治疗。
Objective To study the clinical significance of neck massage manipulation on myopia in college students.Methods A total of 23 college students with myopia were recruited from Changchun university of Chinese medicine for clinical trial.There were 4 males and 19 females,aged from 18 to 24 years,with an average age of 21.52 years.The changes of visual acuity before and after treatment were recorded.Results After 10 times of treatment,the visual acuity of myopia increased from（0.173±0.118）to（0.312±0.153）in 46 eyes,there were significant differences before treatment and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Neck massage manipulation combined with eye balance sensation training has obvious effect on myopia,and it is beneficial to treat myopia of college students.
