摘要
通过对护理学专业认证指标中一级指标"教师"相关内容进行研读,并对医学院校护理学专业师资队伍建设现状进行调研,探究师资队伍建设中存在的各种问题,在此基础上有针对性的提出相关对策,为医学院校护理学专业构建更加合理的护理学专业师资队伍,顺利通过护理学专业认证提供一定指导和经验借鉴。
From interpret the relevant content of the first level indicator teacher in the accreditation standard of nursing specialty,investigate the current situation of the construction of nursing faculty in medical colleges and universities,and explores the problems existing in the construction of teaching staff.On this basis,puts forward relevant countermeasures to constructing more nursing teaching staff for nursing specialty in medical colleges and provide some policy guidance and experience for nursing professional certification.
