摘要
目的:探讨护理科研成果在促进外科护理教学质量持续改进中的应用方法及效果。方法:将2009年5月~2011年9月在我院外科实习的107名护生分为对照组53名和观察组54名。对照组采用传统教学方法;观察组组织外科7个病区构建外科护理教学督导小组及实施小组,推广应用2009年江门市卫生局护理科研立项《临床路径在神经外科护理教学中的实践研究》的研究成果。结果:观察组实施路径教学后在成绩总评、对带教老师满意度、操作频次等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用护理科研成果能促进外科护理教学质量的持续改进,并且护理科研成果需要在临床实践中积极推广和不断完善,以体现科研成果的真正价值。
Objective:To investigate the method and effect of application of nursing scientific research achievements in promoting the continuous improvement of the quality of surgical nursing teaching. Methods : 107 nursing students who had clinical practice in the surgical department of our hospital were divided into the control group ( n = 53 ) and the observation group ( n = 54 ). The traditional teaching method was used in the control group ;the supervision and implementation teams for surgical nursing teaching were set up in the 7 wards of surgical department in the observation group. The scientific research achievement of " Research on the practice of clinical path in nursing teaching in the department of neurosurgery" ( nursing scientific research project of Jiangmen Municipal Health Bureau in 2009 ) was recommended to be implemented. Results:The total mark of the students, the students' satisfaction with teachers and operation frequency was significantly superior in the observation group to the control group after the implementation of clinical path in nursing teaching ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Application of nursing scientific research achievements can promote the continuous improvement of the quality of surgical nursing teaching and the achievements are also required to be popularized and improved in clinical practice so as to reflect the real value of scientific research achievements.
