摘要
目的探索以目标任务导引医学本科生暑期临床见习管理模式的效果。方法以某医院2017年7~8月为期四周的163名暑期见习生为研究对象,报道顺序奇数82名学生为试验组,偶数81名学生为对照组。试验组运用目标任务导引见习的管理模式进行实践,对照组用常规教学模式进行培训。见习结束时进行统一测试,对两组成绩进行比较分析。结果试验组主动寻找并解决问题率高于对照组,被动等待、消极应付和对立、抵触情绪率低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组成绩评定结果优于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组学生对医院教学安排及老师带教效果评定优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对达到见习预期目标的评定优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论以目标任务导引医学本科生暑期临床见习的管理模式可以提高临床见习质量。
Objective To explore the effect of the management mode guided by target task for these medical students in clinical practice during the summer holidays.Methods A total of 163 medical college students in clinical practice during the summer holidays were recruited in the study.They were randomly assigned to experimention group(odd number 82 cases)and control group(even number 81 cases).The students in the experimention group received the target task training programs while the other students in the control group receiving routine training.After the training courses accomplished,the grades were compared with each other.Results The experimention group took the initiative to find and solve the problem higher than the control group,the rate of passive waiting,negative coping,antagonism and resistance were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The result of experimention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The students in the experimention group were superior to the control group in the hospital teaching arrangement and the teacher's teaching effect(P<0.05).The experimention group was superior to the control group in assessing the expected objective of the probation(P<0.01).Conclusion The management mode of the target mission guided medical undergraduates during the summer holidays can improve the quality of clinical practice.
