摘要
移动互联时代,移动学习方兴未艾、如火如荼。在促进教育公平和关注弱势群体的社会背景下,特殊教育人群也应该更好地融入信息社会,开展移动学习。文章首先通过文献分析揭示了目前特殊教育学生的移动学习现状,然后结合移动学习特点和特殊教育学习者的认知特征提出了特殊教育移动学习资源的开发原则。
In the era of mobile internet,mobile learning is in full swing.In the social context of education fairness and attention to vulnerable groups,special education people should integrate into the information society and carry out mobile learning.This paper reveals the mobile learning status of special education students through the literature analysis,and then puts forward the principles of mobile learning resources development combining with the mobile learning features and the cognitive characteristics of special education learners.
