摘要
目的:研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患儿采用益生菌联合三联疗法治疗的临床效果、Hp根除率、复发情况以及不良反应等。方法:临床纳入2014年8月-2016年8月本院收治的98例Hp感染患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各49例。其中49例患儿采用标准三联疗法治疗(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素)作为对照组,另49例患儿在上述基础上联合益生菌治疗作为观察组。观察两组患儿的治疗效果、Hp根除率、临床症状、生活质量、复发及不良反应等。结果:观察组、对照组患儿治疗总有效率分别为97.96%、83.67%,观察组明显较高(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患儿Hp根除率分别为95.92%、77.55%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿上腹胀、上腹痛、反酸以及嗳气等临床症状评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿上述症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿ADL、QOL评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿ADL、QOL评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率及复发率分别为6.12%、8.16%,均明显低于对照组的16.33%、38.78%(P<0.05)。结论:益生菌联合三联疗法对治疗Hp感染患儿效果更佳,明显改善患儿临床症状,Hp根除率更高,提高患儿生活质量,降低不良反应及复发率,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective:To study the clinical effect,Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication rate,recurrence and adverse reactions of Hp infection in children treated with Probiotics combined with triple therapy.Method:A total of 98 cases of Hp infection in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,each group had 49 cases.49 cases were treated with standard triple therapy(Omeprazole+Amoxicillin+Clarithromycin)as the control group,49 cases combined with Probiotics on the basis of the above treatment as the observation group.The therapeutic effect,Hp eradication rate,clinical symptoms,quality of life,recurrence and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 97.96%and 83.67%respectively,the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Hp eradication rate of the observation group and the control group were 95.92%and 77.55%respectively,the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there were no differences between two groups of children with abdominal distention,abdominal pain,acid regurgitation and belching clinical symptom score comparison(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference between two groups in ADL,QOL score(P>0.05).After treatment,ADL and QOL scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the observation group were 6.12%and 8.16%respectively,were significantly lower than 16.33%,38.78%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics combined with triple therapy on Hp infection in children has better effect,significantly improve the clinical symptoms,Hp eradication rate is higher,improve the quality of life of chil
