摘要
宿舍是大学生生活、学习和活动的重要场所,而宿舍治理是大学生思想政治教育的微观路径。然而,宿舍治理存在"管或不管""管多管少"及"如何治理"的现实困境。为增强宿舍治理思想政治教育功能,应在着力制度、伦理和文化的文明脉源基础上,协同"宿舍人"与"社会人"、刚性与柔性、管理与治理,实现宿舍治理的观念、方式和手段的转向,促进大学生健康成长成才。
Dormitory is an important place for university students to live,study and exercise,and dormitory administration is a micro-approach for ideological and political education.However,the questions of“to administrate or not”,“the extent of administration”and“how to administrate”remain unsolved.To strengthen university dormitory’s function in ideological and political education,it is necessary to sort out the cultural thread of system,ethics and culture,and coordinate the relationships between“dormitory person”and“social citizen”,between rigidness and flexibility,and between administration and rule so as to realize the change of ideas,methods and measures of dormitory administration and to promote the healthy growth and development of university students.
