摘要
从亚社会结构视角将高校宿舍分解成人际、行为和心理生态。在人际、行为和心理生态三维度下,可以看出文化传承路径缺失会促发人际关系杂化、弱社会化规则强化会引发行为方式失控、多元价值认同冲突会诱发心理冲突危机。通过构建宿舍文化建设体系,消除人际症结;夯实宿舍社会结构根基,缓和行为冲突;强化主流价值认同导向,管控危机苗头等有效措施来实现高校宿舍的安全稳定。
From the perspective of sub social structure, the analysis of the college dormitory will form the ecological environment of interpersonal, behavior and psychology. Under the three-dimension of interpersonal relations, behavior and psychological ecology, we can see that lack of cultural inheritance path will prompt the hybridization of interpersonal relationship, reinforcement of weak social rules will make behavior out of control, and pluralistic value identity conflict will induce psychological conflict and crisis. Through constructing of dormitory culture construction system to eliminate interpersonal problems, consolidating the dormitory social structure foundation, easing conflict behavior and strengthening value identity orientation, controlling the signs of crisis to achieve seeurity and stability of the university dormitory.
