摘要
宿舍是高职院校展现环境育人功能的重要场所,深藏在高职院校宿舍内部"稳定—冲突—稳定"人际生态决定着宿舍基本亚社会形态。针对高职院校宿舍人际冲突形态具有隐秘性、必然性和多因性等特征,通过运用创设防控触点框架系统,有效畅通冲突信息传达通道,共建团体心理自治方案,有力化解微小人际冲突矛盾以及实施危机逐级无缝转介,提升心理危机干预质量等防控策略,实现高职院校大学生宿舍人际生态的和谐稳定。
The dormitory is an important site, through which higher vocational colleges can play the basic function of environment education. The ＂stability-conflict-stability＂ interpersonal ecology that deeps in the college dormitory determines the basic sub-social patterns of college dormitories. The dormitory interpersonal conflict form has the characteristics of concealment, inevitability and multifactorial, therefore, it is necessary to establish contact control framework system, effectively smoothen information communication channel, co-build group psychological autonomy program, strongly resolve the small interpersonal conflict, and implement gradually seamless crisis referral, enhance the psychological crisis intervention quality, so as to realize the harmonious and stable interpersonal ecology of student dormitory of higher vocational colleges.
