摘要
通过对煤矿液压支架乳化液泵进行故障分析,建立故障树。并进行了定性分析和定量计算。分析结果显示,系统可靠性为70.5%,其中每个底事件都可能导致系统故障的发生。另外,初期没有故障发生,当运行得到1 500 h左右时,可靠性开始下降,当运行到3 000 h左右的时候,可靠性变得非常低。
Through fault analysis of emulsion pump of hydraulic support in coal mine,fault tree is established,and qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation are carried out.The reliability of the system is 70.5,in which every bottom event may lead to the failure of the system.In addition,there is no fault at the initial stage.When the operation reaches about 1,500 hours,the reliability begins to decline,and when the operation reaches about 3,000 hours,Reliability becomes very low.
