摘要
缩颈旋压工艺是制造无心轴托辊的最佳方法之一 ,而旋压力、旋压道次及轨迹、旋压速度和旋压温度等是旋压成形工艺中重要的工艺参数。采用变形材料均一、各向同性以及变形前后材料体积不变的原则 ,推导出旋压力的公式并给出了实验的简化公式 ;在旋压周向、径向变形分析的基础上 ,确定了旋压道次、运动轨迹和进给速度的选用原则 ;在旋压温度为 10 5 0± 5 0℃时 ,托辊旋压成形最为有利。
Journal reduction spinning technology is one of the best method for making roller and the spinning parameters, including deforming force, path, speed, orbit, temperature, etc., are the important processing parameters of the spinning deforming. Adopting the principle of deformed material uniform and the volume of material constant in the deformation process, the formula for spinning force and the simplified formula for experiment is gained. On the basis of analyzing spinning deformation in the circular and radial directions, the selecting principle of spinning pass, spinning orbit and spinning speed can be obtained. The temperatures of 1 050±50℃ are the adaptive ones for spinning deforming.
