摘要
通过对煤矿液压支架立柱故障和千斤顶故障进行逐层分析,建立了由4个逻辑或门、3个逻辑与门、11个底事件组成的故障树。通过对故障树进行定性与定量分析,得出如下结论,系统故障率为5.58%,可靠性为94.42%,要在实际的检修与日常维护过程中注重立柱变形、调压低或失灵、弹簧失灵、千斤顶变形与漏液等故障。分析结果表明,故障树分析法能够应用在煤矿液压支架立柱故障和千斤顶故障分析中,可以给出较为科学、客观的分析结果。
Based on analysis of hydraulic support column fault and jack fault,the fault tree consisting of four logical or gate,three logic and gate, eleven bottom events was established. The qualitative and quantitative analysis showed that system failure rate was 5.58% and reliability was 94.42%. And In the process of actual maintenance and routine maintenance,attention should be paid to column deformation, reduction or failure of column, spring failure, the deformation and leakage of jack, etc.The analysis result showed that the fault tree analysis method could be used in analysis of hydraulic support column fault and jack fault analysis, which could give a more scientific and objective analysis results.
