摘要
73903工作面回采期间,ZY5200/19.5/42型支撑掩护式液压支架立柱千斤顶出现漏液故障,造成支架工作阻力不足、支架棚顶托空、支架松动等现象,不仅降低了支架支护强度,还严重威胁着工作面回采安全。鉴于此,山西焦煤西山煤电集团公司杜儿坪煤矿通过技术研究,根据实际生产情况合理分析了千斤顶漏液故障原因,并提出了若干项防漏液措施。从实际应用效果来看,采取措施后,千斤顶漏液故障率由原来的14%降低至2%以下,支架千斤顶维修成本降低了5.72×105元,取得了显著的应用成效。
During the mining period of 73903 working face,the column jack of ZY5200/19.5/42 supporting and shielding hydraulic support had leakage fault,which caused insufficient support resistance,empty support roof and loose support,which not only reduced the support strength,but also seriously threatened the mining safety of the working face.In view of this,Duerping Coal Mine of Xishan Coal Electricity Group Co.,Ltd.of Shanxi Coking Coal Group analyzed the causes of jack leakage faut and put forward some measures to prevent leakage through technical research and according to the actual production situation.From the practical application effect,after taking measures,the jack leakage fault rate was reduced from 14%to less than 2%,and the maintenance cost of support jack was reduced by 5.72×105 yuan,and remarkable application effect was achieved.
