摘要
目的探讨多效生长因子(PTN)及肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在结直肠癌中的表达及意义。方法收集保存的结直肠癌组织标本51例(病例组),同时选取正常结直肠组织40例作为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测PTN和HGF蛋白表达。结果病例组PTN蛋白和HGF蛋白阳性表达率分别为64.71%和62.75%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、中低分化和有淋巴结转移患者PTN蛋白和HGF蛋白阳性表达率分别为94.74%和89.47%、92.31%和92.31%、95.24%和85.71%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、高分化和无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);PTN蛋白表达与HGF蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.704,P<0.05)。结论 PTN及HGF在结直肠癌中呈高表达,且存在相关性,可能参与了肿瘤的浸润和转移,值得进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of pleiotrophin(PTN)and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)in colorectal cancer.Methods The 51 specimens of colorectal cancer tissues collected in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were emrolled as case group,at the same time,40 specimens of normal colorectal tissues were served as control group.The expression levels of PTN and HGF protein were detected by immunohistochemisty.Results The positive expression rates of PTN protein and HGF protein in case group were 64.71%and 62.75%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the positive expression rates of PTN protein and HGF protein in patients at stageⅢ~Ⅳ,in patients with moderate low differentiation and patients with lymph node metastasis were 94.74%,89.47%,92.31%and 92.31%,95.24%,85.71%,respectivily,which were significantly higher than those in patients at stageⅠ~Ⅱ,patients with high differentiation and patients without lymph node metastasis,respectively(P<0.05).Moreover the expression levels of PTN protein were positively correlated with those of HGF(r=0.704,P<0.05).Conclusion PTN and HGF are highly expressed in colorectal cancer,and there is a correlation between them,which may be involved in tumor infiltration and metastasis,therefor,which is worth researching further.
