Study on Transporting and Erecting Technology for 550 t Single-line Box Girder in High-speed Rail Passenger Dedicated Line

摘要 结合合蚌铁路客运专线,单线550 t箱梁首次应用到铁路建设中;通过单线箱梁运架、变跨、首末孔变化、设备解体调头(过路基及隧道)及双箱并置梁架设施工中的重难点工况的分析,对关键技术进行了探讨;经过现场实际施工表明,单线箱梁运架技术是成功的,可为类似施工提供借鉴。 The 550 t single-line box girder is first applied in the construction of Hefei-Bengbu Passenger Dedicated Line.Based on this,the paper probes into the key technologies by analyzing some important and difficult points in construction,such as transporting and erecting of single-line box girder,span varying,changing of the head and end hole,equipment disassembly and turning around(crossing subgrade and tunnel),and the erecting of double-box twin beams.The actual construction shows that the transporting and erecting technology for single-line box girder is successful,which can provide references for similar construction.
