摘要
900t箱梁运架一体机由吊运梁机和导梁机两个部分组成,导梁机下部由前中后三个滚轮支腿和后支腿支撑在桥墩上,在架梁施工时,由于导梁机的存在,安全风险自身就大于普通分离式架桥机,如何改进支撑状态,防止出现墩顶压裂问题,降低架梁安全风险,具有重要的研究意义,本文主要通过箱型垫墩的实际应用阐述解决墩顶压裂的方法。
The 900 t box girder transport frame integrated machine is composed of two parts: lifting beam machine and guide beam machine. The lower part of the beam guide machine is supported on the bridge pier by the front, middle and back three rollers. In the process of girder construction, due to the existence of the guide beam machine, the safety risk itself is greater than that of the ordinary detachable bridge erecting machine. How to improve the supporting state, prevent the pier top fracturing problem and reduce the safety risk of the girder is of great research significance. In this paper, the method to solve pier top fracturing is expounded mainly through the practical application of box pier.
