摘要
我公司承建的南玉铁路项目,承担标段内757孔箱梁运架施工任务,其中单线箱梁44孔。因支座承载力、桥墩垫石宽度等不同,单、双线箱梁运架施工须采用不同的运架施工设备,为此配置单、双线运架设备各一套,共用900 t单梁单门搬运梁机。单线运梁车长度为42 m(翻折驾驶室后),配备的第一代单梁单门式搬运梁机最大净跨39 m,无法给单线运梁车装梁。结合现场实际工况,自主研制了一种单线梁装梁工装和方法,解决了现场实际问题。该种装梁施工方法可为类似工况提供技术参考,在高铁施工领域推广应用。
The Nanyu Railway project undertaken by our company undertakes the construction task of 757 hole box girder transportation and erection in the bid section,of which 44 holes are single line box girder.Due to differences in the support bearing capacity,width of bridge pier cushion stones,etc.,different transportation-erection construction equipment must be used for the transportation and erection of single-line and double line box girders,so a set of single and double line transportation and erection equipment is equipped separately,sharing 900 t single-beam single-door beam handling machine.The length of the single-line beam carriage is 42 m(after turning over the cab),and the maximum net span of the first-generation single-beam single-door beam handling machine is 39 m,which cannot load beams to the single-line beam carriage.According to the actual working condition of the site,a single-line beam installation tool and method are independently developed to solve the actual problem of the site.This construction method can provide technical reference for similar working conditions and be popularized in the field of high-speed railway construction.
