摘要
通过对比传统汽封,重点介绍了随动悬浮齿汽封工作原理、结构特点,并结合电厂A修时现场检修安装情况及修后启动过程中振动偏大问题,给出了相应的防范措施,对随动悬浮齿汽封在其他现代大型汽轮机中应用具有一定参考和借鉴意义。
Compared with traditional steam seals,the working principle and structural characteristics of servo suspension seal were introduced.Combined with the on-site repair and installation of A during repair,and the problem of large vibration during start-up process,the corresponding preventive measures are given,it's significant for the other modern high-capacity steam turbine which plan to install this new type seal.
