摘要
为了研究可倾瓦径向滑动轴承的油膜动特性,提出一种可倾瓦径向滑动轴承油膜动力特性(油膜刚度系数和阻尼系数)的实验测试方法。利用振动理论建立系统动力学模型,根据实验测得的绝对位移和相对位移信号计算出油膜的动特性系数。实验结果表明,该方法能够排除噪声信号的干扰,具有较高的测试精度,而且简化了计算过程。
To study the dynamic characteristics of the oil-fihn in the tilting-pad journal bearings, an experimental method was presen- ted to test the dynamic properties(including the oil-film stiffness and damping coefficients) of the oil-film in the tihing-pad journal bear- ings. The dynamic model of the system was established using the vibration theory, and the oil-film dynamic coefficients were calculated based on the absohlte and relative displacement data acquired from the experiments. The experimental results show that this method can re- move the noisy signals and improve the accuracy of testing, and can also simplify the calculating process.
