摘要
提出了解决新建燃煤火电厂不设启动锅炉,也不从厂外引进辅助蒸汽的机组启动调试问题的方案。某新建电厂按此方案,在没有外来蒸汽(包括启动锅炉产生蒸汽)情况下,利用本机组锅炉自配点火油枪或其他专用油枪直接进行锅炉点火加热,并设置减温减压装置将主蒸汽用于汽轮机轴封加热,顺利完成了机组试验和整套启动。由减温减压装置提供轴封加热蒸汽,不但可根据汽轮机缸温高低而调节,而且为投产后全厂停运机组检修提供了启动手段和措施,也解决了长期困扰电厂全停机组检修后无启动蒸汽的问题。
The startup scheme was presented for newly-buih coal-fired power plant without any start-up boilers and auxiliary steam. According to this scheme, in the absence of external steam (including the steam from start-up boiler), a complete test and start-up procedures were accomplished. In this case, the boiler was directly ignited and heated by oil gun and the desuperheating and decompressive device was used to provide main steam for the heating of grand seal. Such grand-seal heating steam can be adjusted according to the cylinder temperature of steam turbine and available for the startup of power units out of operation after the overhaul. It solved the problem of unit restarting without auxiliary steam after the overhaul of power units.
