摘要
针对超临界单台运行机组跳闸后重新启动存在依靠外来启动电源或外来辅助蒸汽作为启动汽源的问题,探索出一套无外来辅助蒸汽,不需要投入启动锅炉运行的机组快速热态启动方案。分析超临界机组实现无外来辅助蒸汽状态下的热态启动实践过程中存在的问题,根据实施方案提出了相应的控制措施,使得机组可快速实现热态启动。采用这种启动方式,可缩短机组热态启动时间约3.5 h,节约生产成本约15.4万元。
The supercritical unit relies on startup power or auxiliary steam in case of restart after tripping.This paper explores a fast startup scheme,in which auxiliary steam and startup boiler operation are all not necessary.The paper also analyzes problems in hot start of the units without auxiliary steam and proposes relevant control measures in accordance with implementation scheme so as to enable fast hot startup.By this startup mode,the time of hot startup can be reduced by 3.5 h,and production cost by 154 thousand Yuan.
