摘要
针对国产300MW机组流通部分汽封及轴端汽封实施节能改造的分析和探讨,将汽轮机组原有的梳齿型汽封改为新型的"TK型侧齿迷宫汽封+TK1型蜂窝迷宫汽封"。改造后漏汽量大幅减少,高中低压缸效率和机组运行的经济性提高,对同类型汽轮机的汽封节能改造具有较好的借鉴意义。
This paper analyses and discuses the energy-saving improvement of steam flow section glands and axial terminal glands for the home-made 300 MW steam turbine units. A approach is proposed replacing the original turbine comb-type glands with the new types of "TK side-tooth labyrinth gland + TK1 honeycomb gland ". By this adjustment, steam leakage is greatly reduced, obtaining higher cylinder efficiency and better economical efficiency. This brings out a good reference of energy-saving for the same type of turbine gland improvements.
