汽轮机节点式侧齿汽封密封性能的数值分析 被引量:10

摘要 介绍节点式侧齿汽封的结构特点和工作原理。采用数值模拟方法对节点式侧齿汽封进行数值计算,分析节点式汽封齿数、侧齿、底齿等结构参数对汽封密封性能的影响。结果表明:影响节点式汽封密封性能的主要结构参数是节点式汽封齿数和侧齿高度;在汽封体轴向长度不变的情况下,随着齿数的增加,汽封小室中心的大漩涡越来越强,增强能量的耗散,减少汽封漏汽量;增加侧齿高度可大大减少汽封漏汽量。 The structure characteristics and working principle of node type lateral tooth steam seal were introduced. A software of numerical simulation was used for the calculation of node type lateral tooth steam seal. By changing structure parameters of node type lateral tooth steam seal, such as size and number of teeth, the major influencing factors on node type steam seal properties were obtained. The results show that the number of teeth and the height of lateral tooth are the two most important structure parameters. Keeping the same axial length of seal, increasing the number of teeth, the vortex flows in centre of the small seal cavities are more intensive. At the same time, more kinetic energy of the fluid in those cavities is dissipated and turned into heat. As a result, the seal leakage rate can be reduced, and it aslo can be decreased effectively by increasing the height of the lateral tooth.
