摘要
为了探究磁场对水及盐溶液的冻结影响,我们在不同的磁场强度下,观察水及其盐溶液冻结的显微图像,进行图像对比,理论分析;可以得出磁场的作用可以降低水及其盐溶液的过冷度,并且在磁场的作用下可以使冻结过程中所形成冰晶小于无磁场的。为冻结食物提供参考。
