摘要
目的分析临床实习阶段儿科学医学生自主学习现状及影响因素,为提高医学生自主学习能力提供科学依据。方法对某医科大学儿科学院2010级5年制及8年制("5+3"培养模式)进入临床实习阶段的医学生142名进行问卷调查,调查内容包括学习意愿、计划、影响因素等。结果发放调查表142份,回收率为100.0%。其中有效调查表136份(95.8%)。136名医学生均认为利用空余时间进行自主学习很重要,平均自主学习时间每天(2.80±0.76)h。69.1%(94/136)医学生经常或有时制订学习计划,女生比例[44.3%(35/79)]明显高于男生[17.5%(10/57)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.039,P=0.012)。自主学习内容主要集中在当天查房教学内容上[46.3%(61/136)]及患者当前病情学习相关内容[35.3%(48/136)];85.3%(116/136)医学生认为上级指导教师查房内容对自主学习有影响;47.8(65/136)医学生认为上夜班(1~2次/周)影响自主学习,女生认可度[55.7%(44/79)]明显高于男生[36.8%(21/57)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.717,P=0.030)。结论临床实习阶段儿科学医学生自主学习意愿较好,上级指导教师查房内容、频繁值夜班对自主学习有一定影响。
ObjectiveTo analyze the situation and influencing factors of self-directed learning of medical students in pediatrics department during clinical practice,in order to provide scientific basis for improving student′s self-directed learning ability.MethodsQuestionnaire survey was performed among142medical students,who were5-year or8-year(5+3cultivating mode)medical students of Grade2010during clinical practice in the pediatrics department of a medical university.Items of the questionnaire included motivation,plan,influencing factors of self-directed learning and so on.ResultsA total of142copies of questionnaire were issued with the recovery rate of100.0%,including136copies of effective questionnaire(95.8%).Totally136medical students considered self-directed learning was important,the average learning time remained(2.80±0.76)h/d.69.1%(94/136)of the medical students often or sometimes formulated learning plan,and the proportion of female[44.3%(35/79)]was obviously higher than that of the male[17.5%(10/57)]with statistically significant difference(χ2=11.039,P=0.012).Self-directed learning mainly concentrated on teaching content of rounds[46.3%(61/136)]and information related with patients[35.3%(48/136)].85.3%(116/136)of the medical students considered that senior teachers′lectures affected further self-learning process.47.8%(65/136)of the medical students believed that frequent night duty had adverse influence on self-directed learning,and the female was more than the male on this viewpoint[55.7%(44/79)vs.36.8%(21/57)]with statistically significant difference(χ2=4.717,P=0.030).ConclusionThe status of self-directed learning in medical students during clinical practice is well,and senior teachers′lectures and frequent night duty have influence on self-directed learning.
