摘要
采用随机整群抽样方法,利用自设计调查问卷对某医学院校一年级到四年级的大学生进行横断面调查,并采用SPSS13.0对数据进行统计分析。结果发现,一年级到四年级医学生自己及同学之间解决学习问题的比例分别为100%、100%、93.7%、87.5%;喜欢的学习方式中,非正式学习与传统学习的比例分别是3:1、4:1、4:1、3:2;上网时间较多,上网大于3 h的学生比例分别为53.6%、78.1%、59.4%、71.9%;利用网络进行自主学习的学生比例分别为12.5%、34.4%、15.6%、25.0%。可见,医学生喜欢自己及同学之间交流解决学习问题,并且认为非正式学习能够激起他们的学习兴趣,与此同时,医学生具备通过网络进行自主学习的能力。应该逐步改变传统课堂教学模式,以网络为基础进行教育教学模式改革,建立并完善网络资源共享平台系统,以期提高医学生的自主学习能力。
To understand the condition of online autonomous learning among medical students,a cross-sectional survey was conducted from first grade to fourth grade medical students using self-made questionnaire though random cluster sampling. The way of solving learning problem among medical students from first grade to fourth grade,the percent by oneself and getting help from classmates were 100%、100%、93.7%、87.5%.The rate of informal learning by traditional learning were 3∶1、4∶1、4∶1、3∶2.The online time was long,the percent of the online time that was longer than three hours were 53.6%、78.1%、59.4%、71.9%,the percent of online learning were 12.5%、34.4%、15.6%、25.0%. Medical students like learning by themselves and their classmates to solve the problem,and that informal learning can arouse their interest in learn-ing.Medical students have the capacity of online learning.Medical educators should change the traditional teaching model, base on the internet and establish the network resource sharing platform system to improve medical students'autonomous learn-ing ability.
