摘要
高校体育教学的身体活动性与交往宽泛性的特点,为提高大学生社会适应能力创造了条件,特别是体育教学中人际交往的特点加强了大学生的社会交往现实感,激发了大学生适应社会的自主性,进而促进了社会适应能力的发展。结合体育教学过程中人际交往的特点,讨论了在高校体育教学过程中提高大学生社会适应能力的具体方法。
College physical education has the characteristics of Physical activity and communicative broadness which create theconditions of improving social adaptability of college students.The interpersonal interaction characteristics in physical teachingparticularly can promote the collegessocial interaction sense of reality,arouse them to adapt the society out of their voluntary will,and,thus promote the development of social adaptability.The methods for improving the development of social adaptability werediscussed considering the interpersonal interaction characteristics in physical teaching.
