摘要
目的评估及研究齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的应用效果。方法随机抽取48例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字法将48例精神分裂症患者分成两组,其中24例患者应用利培酮治疗设作对照组,另外24例患者应用齐拉西酮治疗设作观察组,对比两组治疗效果与不良反应。结果根据PANSS评分评价两组治疗效果,治疗前,观察组PANSS评分(105.82±27.96)分,对照组PANSS评分(106.02±27.32)分,两组PANSS评分组间对比差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组PANSS评分(46.38±9.22)分,对照组PANSS评分(53.97±9.02)分,两组PANSS评分组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组治疗后不良反应,观察组不良反应发生率33.33%,对照组不良反应发生率66.67%,与对照组相比观察组不良反应发生率更低,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者应用齐拉西酮治疗效果较为理想,而且对患者产生的不良反应较少,建议推广应用。
Objective To evaluate and study the efficacy of ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods Randomly selected48casesof mental schizophrenia patients as the research object,according to randomly48patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups,includingpatients with risperidone in the treatment of24cases as control group,another24cases of patients with ziprasidone treatment as observationgroup,and adverse the reaction to compare the efficacy of two groups.Results According to the PANSS score to evaluate the effect of the treatment,the two groups before treatment,the PANSS score of the observation group(105.82±27.96)points,the PANSS score of control group(106.02±27.32),there was no significant difference between the two groups of PANSS score between the groups;after treatment,the PANSS score of the observationgroup(46.38±9.22)the control group,PANSS score(53.97±9.02),the differences between the two groups of PANSS score between thegroups was significant(P<0.05);the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in33.33%,the control group adverse reaction rate was66.67%,compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.There is asignificant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia,and it has less adversereactions.It is suggested to be popularized and applied.
