摘要
目的探讨齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及其对糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取宣恩县人民医院2019年5月—2020年5月收治的精神分裂症患者138例,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与观察组,各69例。参照组予以奥氮平治疗,观察组予以齐拉西酮治疗。2组均治疗8周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后血糖指标〔空腹血糖(FBG)〕、胰岛素指标〔空腹胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)〕、血脂指标〔总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)〕,并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果2组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前2组FBG、INS、IRI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组FBG、INS、IRI低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL-C低于参照组,HDL-C高于参照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效确切,其对患者的糖脂代谢影响较小,且安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and impact on glucose and lipid metabolism of ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 138 cases of patients with schizophrenia were selected from May 2019 to May 2020 in People's Hospital of Xuanen,which were randomly divided into reference group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 69 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with olanzapine,while the observation group was treated with ziprasidone.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Clinical efficacy,FBG,INSulin index(Ins,IRI),blood lipid index(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FBG,INS and IRI between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of FBG,INS and IRI were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of TC,TG and LDL-C were lower than reference group,while HDL-C was higher than reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone have an exact clinical effect for schizophrenia,it has little effect on glucose and lipid metabolism of patients,and has high safety.
