摘要
哈尔乌素选煤厂采用块煤浅槽—末煤不洗—煤泥压滤的联合工艺流程,在分级环节采用香蕉筛,由于原煤水分高不容易过筛,导致分级效果差,如果加大筛孔,又会直接影响块煤产率。应用弛张筛替换原有的香蕉筛,更换后解决了水分大引起的粘湿物料难筛分的问题。为了验证弛张筛的使用效果,本文通过工业化筛分试验分析,对比筛分效率,测算限上率、限下率等有关数据。结果表明,弛张筛应用后能提高精煤、块煤的产率,并取得明显的经济效益。
Haer Wusu coal preparation plant using joint process of shallow groove of lump coal-duff dust doesnot wash-filter-press of coal slime,banana screen is used in grading link,since that the raw coal's moisture isnot easily sift that leads to poor grading effect,if increase the mesh,it will directly affect the production rate oflump coal.Using flip flop screen to replace the original banana screen,it solves the problem of difficult siftingthat arising from much moisture.In order to validate the use effect of flip flop screen,in this article,throughanalysis of industrial screening test,comparing screening efficiency,measuring oversize fraction,undersize fraction and other relevant data,the results show that after the application of flip flop screen,the yield rate ofclean coal and lump coal increased,and got obvious economic benefits.
