介绍了弛张筛的基本工作原理,利威尔弛张筛采用独特的双筛箱设计和运动方式,使筛面进行大振幅振动的同时,筛机自身振动强度保持在2.4 g左右,筛机侧板受力均匀;该筛分机在对李家壕选煤厂细粒含量大于30%、水分大于20%且易泥化的不粘煤进行6 mm分级时,筛分效率可以达到90%以上。
Introduced is the basic principles of screen with relaxation/tension motion;taking use of its special double screen boxes design,while its screen plate vibrating in large amplitude,LJWELL flip-flow screen has its vibration strength about 2.4g,its side broads subjected force evenly;for screening at 6mm,non-caking coal containing over 30%fines and over 20%moisture content,screen efficiency of 90%attained.
