摘要
根据弹性筛面筛分理论，分析了现有的几种弹性筛面筛分机的优点和存在的问题，提出了一种新型两自由度弹性筛面筛分机，研究了该筛分机的动力学模型，给出了新型双自由度弹性筛面筛分机的参数设计公式及其参数取值。研究了两自由度弹性筛面筛分机的机械结构实现方法和零件的参数选取范围。
On the basis of elastic screen surface theory which deals with moist fine material, the new two-freedom elastic screen surface machine is given by way of analyzing the merits and defaults of some kinds of elastic screen surface machine. We studies the dynamic characteristic of the new screen, and give the design formula of screen polytechnic parameters and the limits of design parameters.
