摘要
分析了振动筛分装备设计的关键理念及方法。针对振动筛分装备发生结构故障的最关键的因素,提出了微观设计理念,强调了试验方法在产品设计中的应用。介绍了4种常用的振动筛分装备在煤炭行业发展现状及加工制造水平。论述了振动筛分装备向大型化、模块化、智能化等方向的发展趋势。
The key concepts and methods of the design of vibrating screen equipment were analyzed. In view of the most critical factor that causes structural failure of vibrating screen equipment, the microscopic design concept was put forward,and the application of test method in product design was emphasized. The development status and manufacturing level of four kinds of vibrating screen equipment in coal industry were introduced. Discussed the development trend of vibrating screen equipment in the direction of large-scale,modularization and intelligenti.
