弛张筛面运动学特性与3mm筛分过程参数优化 被引量:3

摘要 针对粘湿动力煤3mm干法筛分效率低、筛面使用寿命短等问题,开展了弛张筛面结构设计、运动学特性测试与3mm筛分过程参数优化研究。利用振动测试技术分析了弛张筛内外筛框与筛面的运动学时频特性,优化了筛面材料配方与结构设计,研制了变厚度横截面弧形过渡筛面,探究了工作频率和处理能力对筛分效果的影响规律。结果表明:筛面材料配方与结构优化后,筛面中心点y方向振动强度由36.50g降至21.63g,显著降低了筛上料群的运动速度,延长了筛分时间,使用寿命超过6个月。随工作频率的增加,筛分效率呈现先增加后降低的趋势,随处理能力的增加,筛分效率呈现减小趋势。当频率为9.33Hz,处理能力为400t/h时,3mm筛分效率达92.85%,煤泥脱除率达到95.67%,与原筛面相比,筛分效率提高了11.18个百分点,实现了选煤厂煤泥减量生产。 Aiming at the low efficiency of 3 mm dry screening for viscous-moist steam coal and the short service life of screen surface, structural design and kinematic features test of screen surface and parameters optimization of 3 mm screening were carried out. The time-frequency characteristics of the inner and outer screen frame and screen surface were analyzed by vibration testing. The material formula and structure design of screen surface were optimized, and the variable thickness cross section arc transition screen surface was developed. The influence of vibration frequency and processing capacity on screening effect were explored. The results show that: after optimizing the material formula and structure design of screen surface, the y-direction vibration intensity of the center point of the screen surface decreases from 36.50g to 21.63g, which significantly reduces the movement speed of the material group on the screen, increases the screening time, and prolongs the service life to over 6 months;as the working frequency increases, the screening efficiency first rises and then falls;as processing capacity aggrandizes, the screening efficiency declines. When the frequency is 9.33 Hz and the treatment capacity is 400 t/h, the 3 mm screening efficiency and the-0.5 mm slime removal rate reach 92.85% and 95.67%, respectively. Compared with the original screen surface, the screening efficiency is increased by 11.18 percentage points, which significantly reduces the slime amount in the coal preparation system.
