摘要
通过化学成分分析、硬度检验、金相检验、断口宏观微观分析等方法,对销轴进行失效分析。结果表明:材料化学成分与技术要求不符导致冲击韧性不能满足要求,表面存在伤痕致使应力集中,从而引起脆性断裂。
By chemical composition analysis,hardness test,metallographic examination,microscopic analysis methods,such as macro fracture pin failure analysis.Results show that the material chemical composition and technical requirements to impact toughness can’t meet the requirements of discrepancies surface scars led to stress concentration,thus cause the brittle fracture.
