某电厂GH2132高温合金螺栓断裂分析

摘要 针对某电厂GH2132高温合金螺栓断裂失效,采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、硬度检测、金相、断口及能谱分析等试验,分析螺栓断裂原因。结果表明:螺栓中存在孔洞缺陷、晶界碳化物聚集以及异常粗大的弥散强化相,是导致断裂的主要原因;螺栓头部与杆连接处没有过渡圆弧,结构设计不合理,同时安装过程中存在错口,是断裂的重要原因,错口导致螺栓在运行过程中受到弯曲载荷,在应力集中部位发生断裂。 Aiming at the failure of GH2132 superalloy bolts in a power plant,this paper analyzes the causes of bolt breakage by means of macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,hardness detection,and metallographic,fracture and energy spectrum testing,etc.The results are shown as follows:The fracture is mainly caused by the presence of hole defects,carbide accumulation in grain boundary and abnormal coarse dispersion strengthening phase.There is no transitional arc at the connection between the bolt head and the rod,and the structural design is unreasonable.In addition,there exist misalignment in the installation process,which is an important reason for fracture;the misalignment causes the bolt to be subjected to bending load during operation,and fracture occurs at the stress concentrated part.
