摘要
采用单/双丝CO2气体保护焊分别对30CrNi3MoV钢进行焊接,并进行焊接接头的组织、力学性能及抗裂性等方面对比研究。结果表明:两种方法都能获得熔合良好、无夹渣等缺陷的接头,但双丝焊获得的焊缝硬度值和强度均值都高于单丝焊;斜Y裂纹试验中双丝焊获得的接头表面裂纹率和断面裂纹率比单丝焊接方法分别降低32%和73%。
Under the same condition, 30CrNi3MoV steel is respectively welded by twin wire welding and single wire welding. The two types of welding methods are contrastively researched on the welding structure, the mechanical property, hardness and cracking resistance. The results show that the joint with good fusion and no cinder inclusion can be welded by the two kinds of welding methods, but the hardness and strength of welding seam of double wires welding are higher than those of single wire welding. By Y-groove cracking test, the surface crack ratio and the section crack ratio of welding joint by double wires welding reduce 32% and 73% respectively than those by single wire welding.
