摘要
某发电机制造厂在进行透平型同步电机定子铁芯热压过程中,产生了放电现象,导致铁芯损坏。结合该电机的结构特点、损坏的具体细节、压装的工艺,分析了造成该电机铁芯损坏事故的原因,提出电机的恢复方案和改进措施,并为规避类似事故风险提供指导性建议。
During the hot-pressing process of turbine synchronous motor stator core in a generator manufacturer,discharge phenomenon occurred with the core damaged.This paper combines with the structural characteristics of the motor,the specific details of damage,press-mounting technology to analyze the cause of damage accident of the motor core,and also puts forward the recovery scheme and improvement measures of the damaged motor.Finally the paper provides guidance and suggestions for avoiding the risk of similar accident.
