介绍了某电磁继电器导磁铁芯的成形工艺与叠铆工艺的改进,拟定了铁芯在多工位级进模上的成形和分组方案,实现了多个不同尺寸导磁铁芯片在多工位级进模内高速自动叠铆和分组。详细介绍了导磁铁芯自动叠铆成形的排样方案与级进模结构。模具结构设计合理,制造精度高。经生产验证,导磁铁芯组叠铆质量稳定,生产效率高。
An improvement on the shaping and riveting process of the magnetic conductive core of an electromagnetic relay was stated.A forming and grouping plan of the core sheet in a multi-position progressive die was determined which allows high-speed riveting and grouping of different sizes of magnetic conductive cores automatically.The layout design of automatic laminated riveting of the cores and the structure of the progressive die were discussed in detail.
