摘要
文中介绍了基于"宝马现代学徒工"的现代学徒制在汽车专业中的应用,描述了"现代学徒制"的特征,阐述了包含校企合作共育平台共建、学徒双重身份、双重文化、多重场所、双重课程和多重评价等多个内容的实践路径研究,为现代学徒制在汽车专业及高等职业教育的实施方面提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the application of Modern Apprenticeship in Automobile Engineering based on BMW Apprentice Training practices,describes the characteristics of modern apprenticeship,and elaborates the researches on school-enterprise cooperation,Dual-identities,bi-culture,double locations,dual curriculums and multiple evaluations.It is concluded that significant effect is obtained by the application of Modern Apprenticeship for the development of Automobile Engineering and higher vocational education.
