摘要
在国家制造业转型升级的背景下,人才的培养尤为重要。新时代的技能型人才不仅需要掌握扎实的专业技术技能,更需要具备工匠精神。根据中职学生的特点以及家具设计与制作专业的特点,可从课堂学习中感悟工匠精神、动手实操中践行工匠精神、课外教学活动中领会工匠精神三个方面培育中职学校家具设计与制作专业学生的工匠精神。有助于中职学校家具设计与制作专业的学生形成正确的价值观,让工匠精神扎根于职业教育中,帮助专业健康发展,为制造业的转型升级助力。
In the context of the transformation and upgrading of national manufacturing industry,the cultivation of talents is particularly important.In the new era,skilled talents need not only solid professional skills,but also craftsman spirit.According to the characteristics of secondary vocational school students and the characteristics of furniture design and production major,we can cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship of secondary vocational school students from three aspects:Learning in class,practicing the spirit of craftsmanship in hands-on practice,and understanding the spirit of craftsmanship in extracurricular teaching activities.It is helpful for the students of furniture design and production major in secondary vocational school to form correct values,let craftsman spirit take root in vocational education,help the healthy development of the major,and help the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.
