摘要
现代学徒制是一种校企合作、产教融合的育人机制,主要分为独立型学徒制和合作型学徒制。本文首先对现代学徒制的基本情况做了简要介绍,然后从历史沿革、培养方式、学期长度、覆盖范围等方面收集相关资料,对英国、德国、奥地利等西方国家现行的现代学徒制度进行了研究和总结,然后在此基础上,探讨了我国现代学徒制的发展现状。研究发现与西方国家相比,我国的现代学徒制在发展方面还存在一些诸如校企合作程度不足、相关配套制度不够完善的问题。
Modern apprenticeship is a kind of educational mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education, which is mainly divided into independent apprenticeship and cooperative apprenticeship. This paper first gives a brief introduction to the basic situation of modern apprenticeship, then collects relevant information from the aspects of historical evolution, training methods, term length and coverage, studies and summarizes the current modern apprenticeship system in Britain, Germany, Austria and other Western countries, and then discusses our country on this basis. The development of modern apprenticeship. The study found that compared with Western countries, there are still some problems in the development of modern apprenticeship in China, such as insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises, and imperfect related supporting systems.
