摘要
目的：探讨富血小板血浆（platelet-richplasma，PRP）联合育红生肌膏在治疗深度创面中的疗效以及愈后美学情况。方法：2014年11月－2016年3月，收治36例重度皮肤软组织缺损或者伴有骨外露患者，共40个创面。男20例，女16例；年龄5～66岁，平均36.2岁。19例为交通事故伤，17例为工业机器伤。采用PRP联合育红生肌膏治疗36例患者的40个创面，观察治疗后伤口变化情况以及首次彻底清创后创面和3个月随访时创面体积并计算伤后3个月后创面愈合率情况。结果：PRP联合育红生肌膏治疗创面后，观察的40个创面中有38个创面的坏死组织被全部清除且完全愈合，其余2个创面表面坏死组织被部分清除，治疗前测量创面体积为（19.8±5.6）ml，治疗后3个月时创面体积为（2.5±1.3）ml，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治愈率为95%。结论：PRP联合育红生肌膏可加速创面愈合且修复后创面外形更加饱满、线性更加流畅，符合现代美学理念。
Objective To observe the effect of platelet rich plasma (dog plasma PRP) combined with Yu Hong Sheng Ji ointmentin the treatment of deep burn wounds, curative effect and prognosis of aesthetics. Methods In march 2014 to november 2016,were 36 cases of severe skin and soft tissue defect or associated with bone exposed patients, a total of 40 wounds. Male 20,female 16, age 5 ~ 66 years old, average 36.2 years old. 19 cases were traffic accident injury, 17 cases were industrial machineinjury. PRP combined with Yu Hong Sheng Ji ointment in the treatment of 36 patients of 40 wounds were observed woundchanges after treatment and first thoroughly cleaned after a wound and 3 months follow-up wound volume and calculate injuryafter 3 months after wound healing rate. Results PRP combined with Yu Hongsheng muscle cream in the treatment of woundsand observation of 40 wounds have 38 wound necrotic tissue is all cleared and healed completely and the remaining twowounds necrotic tissue was part of the clearance, the treatment before measuring wound volume for (19.8 ± 5.6) ml, 3 monthsafter the treatment of wound volume for (2.5 ± 1.3) ml, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05) cure rate was 95%.Conclusion PRP combined with Yu Hong Sheng Ji ointment can accelerate wound healing and repair after skin appearancemore full, more linear smooth, in line with the modern aesthetic idea.
